Terms and Conditions
Frontspace AB · Effective 16 October 2026
Svensk version: frontspace.se/villkor. If the versions differ, the Swedish version applies.
1. Parties and scope
These terms apply between Frontspace AB (company reg. no 559387-8647), Ulriksbergspromenaden 12A, SE-352 36 Växjö, Sweden (“Frontspace”, “we”) and whoever creates an account or buys a service from us (“the customer”, “you”). They cover the Frontspace platform — website, e-commerce, point of sale and the add-ons bought through it, such as domains and email addresses.
The service is sold to businesses only. Whoever accepts these terms confirms they are authorised to act for the customer. Consumer rights of withdrawal therefore do not apply.
2. Account
The company and billing details you give must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for the users you invite, for what is done with their logins, and for keeping credentials secret. If you suspect unauthorised access, change the password and contact us.
3. The service and delivery
Frontspace is a cloud service. It is delivered digitally and is available as soon as the account is created — nothing is shipped. What each plan includes is shown on our website and in the admin before you buy.
We develop the service continuously and may change, add or remove features. If we remove something essential to your plan we will tell you in advance. We aim for high availability, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because of faults. Planned maintenance is done at low-traffic times where possible.
4. Trial
A new account may get a free trial, whose length is shown when you sign up. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you add a card during the trial, the first period is charged when the trial ends. If there is no card when it ends, the account is paused as described in section 8 until one is added.
5. Prices
Prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) excluding VAT, which is added as the rules require. The current price of a plan or add-on is shown in the admin before you confirm a purchase. Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly as you choose; a switch between the two takes effect from the next period.
We may change our prices. An increase is announced by email at least 30 days before it takes effect and never affects a period you have already paid for. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before the next period.
6. Paying by card
Card payments are handled by our payment provider Surfboard Payments AB. Your card number is entered in Surfboard's payment form and stored by Surfboard. Frontspace never stores full card numbers or security codes — only an encrypted reference to the card, plus its brand, last four digits and expiry date so you can see which card is in use.
When you save a card, 1 SEK is reserved to verify it. The reservation is released immediately and never charged.
By saving a card you authorise Frontspace to charge it without you being present each time, for:
- your plan at the start of each monthly or yearly period, for as long as it is not cancelled;
- add-ons and purchases you make yourself in the admin, such as domains and email addresses, at the price shown before you confirm.
If you have several saved cards, the one marked as default is charged; a newly added card becomes the default. You manage your cards under Billing in the admin.
When you buy a domain, the amount is first reserved on your card and charged once the domain is registered. If it cannot be registered, the reservation is released and nothing is charged.
After each charge you receive a receipt, which is also your invoice, by email. Receipts are also available under Billing in the admin.
7. Paying by invoice
Where we have agreed on payment by invoice, the payment terms on the invoice apply. On late payment we may charge statutory interest under the Swedish Interest Act, plus statutory reminder and late-payment fees.
8. Failed payment and pausing
If a card charge fails, we retry after 1, 3 and 7 days and email you a link to add another card. The service keeps working meanwhile.
If the last attempt also fails, the account is paused. This means:
- your website and store show a “temporarily closed” page and accept no new purchases;
- you can log in to the admin but change nothing except billing and cards;
- nothing is deleted — content, orders and settings are kept.
The account reopens as soon as a working card is added and the unpaid period is charged. For invoice customers we may pause the service in the same way if an invoice remains unpaid after a reminder.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time under Billing in the admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, or at the end of the trial. Until then the service works as usual and nothing more is charged. You can undo a cancellation before the period ends, or reactivate afterwards.
Removing your only saved card counts as cancelling at the end of the period.
We may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice, and immediately if you materially breach these terms, for example by use that violates section 12.
10. Refunds and complaints
A period that has started is not refunded, whether you cancel or move to a cheaper plan. A domain that has been registered in your name cannot be undone.
If we charged you in error — for example the same amount twice, or after a cancellation — we refund the incorrect amount to the same card or credit the invoice. Contact us at alvin@frontspace.se, preferably within 60 days of the charge; we correct our own errors even if they are found later, and we reply within five business days. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually correct it faster.
11. Domains and email addresses
Domains bought through Frontspace are registered in your name with an accredited registrar, and you also accept the registrar's and the top-level domain's registration terms. Frontspace acts as reseller and technical contact. A domain renews one year at a time until you cancel renewal in the admin. You can transfer it to another provider at any time; we provide the authorisation code free of charge.
The holder's email address must be confirmed when the registry asks, or the domain may be suspended. When an email address is removed its content is deleted permanently; you are responsible for keeping copies of any email you want to retain.
12. Your content and acceptable use
You own the content you put into the service — text, images, products, customer data and the like — and give us the right to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service.
You are responsible for your content and your business complying with the law, including consumer and marketing law, copyright and data protection. In your own store you are the seller, and you are responsible for your own terms of sale and privacy policy towards your customers.
The service must not be used for illegal activity, fraud, phishing, spam, distributing malware, or attempts to access other customers' data. If it is, we may suspend the service immediately and will tell you when we do.
13. Payments in your store
If you take payments in your store through a payment provider connected to Frontspace, such as Surfboard, you enter into your own agreement directly with that provider. Payouts, fees, refunds to your customers and disputes over your customers' payments are governed by that agreement, not these terms.
14. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy. For personal data about your customers and visitors you are the controller and Frontspace is the processor; we process it only on your instructions and under our data processing agreement, available on request.
15. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost sales, lost profit or lost data, unless caused by our intent or gross negligence. Our total liability under the agreement is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We are not liable for faults or outages at providers outside our control — payment providers, registrars, carriers and services you connect to your account — nor for events we could not reasonably foresee or avoid, such as power failure, war, decisions by authorities or widespread internet disruption.
16. When the agreement ends
Before the agreement ends you can ask us for an export of your content. A closed store can be reactivated within 90 days; after that it and its stored files are deleted permanently. Records we are required by law to keep, such as accounting records, are kept for as long as the law requires.
17. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Material changes are emailed to the account owner at least 30 days before they take effect; continued use after that means the new terms apply. The latest version is always on this page.
18. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law governs the agreement. Disputes we cannot resolve together are settled by the Swedish general courts, with Växjö District Court as the court of first instance.
